Bobbi Kristina’s aunt Leolah Brown is says her niece’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is under investigation for attempted murder.
She made the following statement in a Facebook post directed towards Dr. Phil:
“Dr. Phil,Leolah Brown”
With all due respect,
Nick Gordon is under investigation for the attempted murder of my niece Bobby Kristina Brown.
We have strong evidence of foul play. Until this investigation is completed by law enforcement, I would ask that you or anyone else not provide this individual a platform to spin this situation to his benefit.
If Nick Gordon does not have the courage to speak with my brother Bobby Brown and/or law enforcement about what happened the day my niece’s body was found in a bathtub, he does not deserve to have a platform to speak to anyone of your caliber until this investigation is concluded.

Officials in Georgia confirm incident regarding Bobbi Kristina Brown is a criminal investigation:
“The Roswell Police Criminal Investigation Division, who is investigating the incident, conducts criminal investigations,” Lisa Holland, the Roswell public information officer, told in a statement to ABC News.
“The incident has always been under criminal investigation and has not been reclassified as a criminal investigation. Criminal investigations may or may not result in criminal charges being brought against individuals.”
Brown, 21, is the only child of Whitney Houston, who died Feb. 11, and singer/songwriter Bobby Brown. Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Georgia home Jan. 31, and placed in a medically induced coma for brain swelling. Relatives have been by her side at Emory University Hospital, where doctors have reportedly said there is little they can do for the aspiring singer.
