American Sniper led the box office last year, becoming the top grossing film as the public flocked to see the gritty war drama.
According to Variety, American Sniper, starring Oscar Best Actor nominee Bradley Cooper, is now Warners’ fourth-highest-grossing film ever with an estimated $337,209,000 after making an estimated $4.1M over the weekend.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay has earned $336,961,655 since its November 21 release, and is now in second place.
